Victor M. Wrotslavsky

Victor M. Wrotslavsky, CPA has over 40 years of experience providing accounting, tax, and financial consulting services for clients in a diverse range of businesses.

Before founding Wrotslavsky & Davis, CPAs in 2005, Victor was the Litigation Support and Forensic Accounting Manager at BBK, Ltd., a financial management and consulting firm. Victor also spent 11 years at a national CPA firm serving as an audit manager.

Victor has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy. He also holds an MBA from Wayne State University, where he served as an adjunct faculty member, teaching advanced auditing topics in the Graduate School of Business from 1987 until 1996.

Victor is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of CPAs (MICPA).

Menachem S. Davis

Menachem S. Davis, CPA, began at what is now Wrotslavsky & Davis, CPAs in 2014. Prior to joining Wrotslavsky & Davis CPAs, he interned at Gordon Weiser & Associates, CPA, in Ohio.

Menachem specializes in accounting, taxation, and business advisory services; primarily advising closely-held mid-sized businesses and rental real estate operators and investors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Oakland University. Menachem is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
